1. Are you a factory or a trading company?
We are a direct manufacturer specializing in torque tools for over X years. All products are produced in our own factory, ensuring strict quality control, competitive pricing, and full customization support.

2. Can I get custom branding (OEM/ODM)?
Yes. We offer OEM and ODM services including your logo on the tool, custom packaging, user manual, and even scale adjustments per your market requirements. MOQ depends on the model – please contact us for details.

3. What accuracy do your torque wrenches have?
Our standard click torque wrenches are ±3% accuracy, with some series reaching ±2%. Each wrench is individually tested and comes with a calibration certificate.

4. Do you provide calibration services or certificates?
Every torque wrench includes a factory calibration certificate. We can also arrange third-party calibration (e.g., ISO 6789) upon request. For large orders, we support batch calibration reports.

5. What’s your lead time for bulk orders?
Typical lead time is 25–35 days for standard products after sample approval. For OEM orders, please add 10–15 days for tooling/packaging design.

6. Do you stock finished products for quick shipment?
Yes, for our best-selling models (e.g., 1/2" drive 25-165ft.lb, 3/8" drive 5-45ft.lb), we keep stock for orders under 500pcs to support fast dispatch.

7. What payment terms do you accept?
We accept T/T (30% deposit, balance before shipment or against BL copy), L/C at sight, and for first small trial orders, PayPal or Western Union is negotiable.

8. Do you offer warranty and after-sales support?
We provide 12 months warranty for manufacturing defects. For B2B partners, we offer spare parts, technical support, and training documents. Any quality issue is handled promptly with replacement or credit.

9. Can I request a sample before bulk order?
Absolutely. Samples are available with competitive sample cost, refundable upon volume order. We can also customize sample labeling for your evaluation.

11. What is your packaging for export?
Each torque wrench comes in a blow-molded case or hanging blister pack (depending on model). For bulk orders, we use export cartons with foam protection. Retail-ready packaging and custom color boxes are available for OEM.
